I'm Marcy, the person behind the scenes at Reimagined. I've been a lifelong recycler and seamstress. Reimagined is a unique, eco-conscious brand dedicated to transforming discarded materials and thrifted clothing into functional, stylish bags and accessories.
History
My grandmother taught me to sew as a child and I cherish those memories. She was an upcycler before that was even a term. My daughter, who is an artist in her own right, constantly inspires me. She designed a functional crossbody bag which I have sewn with many materials. Making them from old clothing feels like the ultimate in recycling. Each one is unique, eco-friendly, practical, washable and stylish. That bag was the beginning of my upcycling business. Since then I have constantly been creating new items as I try to use every last scrap of recycled fabric.
